General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. They apply to both consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A business is any natural or legal person who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

Conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of businesses shall only apply if we expressly confirm this in writing.

2. Contractual Partner & Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending you a confirmation via email.

3. Contract Language & Storage

The contract language is German and English.
The contract text is stored and sent to you by email. For security reasons, subsequent access via the internet is not possible.

4. Delivery Conditions

Shipping & Delivery Time:
Your order will be carefully packed and usually shipped within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery Area:
We currently deliver within Germany and Europe. Self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (Invoice, Installments)

  • Sofort Transfer / Klarna Sofort

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

Payment is processed securely and immediately upon completion of the order via the respective payment service providers.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

Withdrawal Policy:
You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, email) or by returning the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the following sample withdrawal form:

The goods must be returned without delay, and at the latest within 14 days. The consumer bears the cost of return shipping.

Businesses are not granted a right of withdrawal.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of CORINN GmbH until full payment has been made.

Businesses are permitted to resell the goods in the ordinary course of business; all resulting claims are hereby assigned to us in advance.

8. Transport Damage

Please check your delivery immediately for transport damage. Report any obvious damage directly to the carrier and also contact us without delay.

9. Warranty & Customer Service

The statutory warranty law applies.

10. Dispute Resolution
