RETURNS
We completely understand that a chosen item may not always meet your expectations and that you may wish to return it. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules listed below.
RETURNS POLICY
We generally accept returns for all products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered or made available for collection, and we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped, with the original packaging and all labels attached, in order to be eligible for a refund.
Products that appear to be worn, washed, or otherwise altered may be rejected. Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept returns with make-up stains and/or items carrying perfume.
For purchases made with a promotion code, the refund applies to the actual amount paid after the voucher was applied. The terms and conditions of the respective promotion apply.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
If your order meets the above requirements, please follow the steps below to request your return. It’s quick and easy!

Log in to your customer account [here] or click on the profile icon in our shop navigation.

Enter your email address and click “Continue.”

Open your email account, find the message from our shop, and copy the six-digit verification code provided.

Go back to our online shop and enter the six-digit code.

Click on the order you would like to return. If your order contains more than one item, select the item(s) you want to return.

Select a reason for the return.

Click “Request Return.” Done – it’s that simple!
Once your return request has been approved (this may take up to 48 hours), you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return form. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund.
Important: The return form must be enclosed with your parcel. Without it, we cannot identify your return and no refund can be issued.

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?
Unfortunately, the cost of returning an order is not covered or reimbursed by us. Please make sure your parcel is sufficiently stamped, as the return postage is your responsibility.
We kindly ask for your understanding – we are still a small company and are doing everything we can to make the entire return/exchange process as smooth and simple as possible.
We strongly recommend using a registered postal service for your return and recording the tracking details, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of a returned item. We also advise you to keep the postage receipt of your return as proof, should your parcel fail to reach us.
We understand that postage fees can be expensive, so we do not expect express shipping for returns.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Please note that we do not send a confirmation upon receipt of your return. Once your return has arrived, we need up to 10 working days to process it at our warehouse. We will send you an email once our team has issued your refund.
Refunds can only be credited back to the original method of payment. Refunds via PayPal and credit card may take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account.
