Orders
How can I be sure that my order has been successfully placed?
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don't see an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service at info@corinn.net
How can I track the status of my shipment?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email, including a link to track your shipment. You can also view the current status of your shipment at any time in your order overview in your customer account.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Within Germany, we ship insured with DHL – delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries usually take 3–5 business days, depending on DHL. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service: info@corinn.net
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes to your order, billing, or delivery address are possible as long as a shipping confirmation has not been sent. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send an email to our customer service as soon as possible, including your order number: info@corinn.net
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
We understand that an item doesn't always meet your expectations. As long as it's still in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days.

When will I receive a refund for my return?
Once we receive the goods, processing may take up to 10 business days. After that, the refund will be processed using the payment method you have provided.

Where do we deliver?
We ship our collection worldwide. Please select your region in the shop navigation.

How much are the shipping costs?
For standard deliveries within Germany, we charge €6.19. For all other EU countries, shipping costs are €12.50. For orders over €100, we deliver free of charge within Germany. Please note that additional import duties and taxes may apply to orders from Switzerland and the UK.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?
There are no additional customs duties or taxes for deliveries within the EU.
Since import duties and taxes vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering—especially for orders to Switzerland and the UK, which are not part of the EU and have their own import regulations. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Yes, of course we also deliver to packing stations.

What happens if I receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we are very sorry. Please do not return the item. Instead, send us a photo and a brief description of the defect and its cause to info@corinn.net. Please also include your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. Our customer service team will promptly address your issue and assist you with the next steps.
Is there a gift service?
Yes, we will gift wrap your order free of charge upon request. Simply indicate "gift" in the order notes during checkout, and we'll take care of stylish wrapping.
