RETURNS
We understand that an item may not always meet expectations.
As long as the goods are in their original condition, we accept returns in accordance with the following guidelines.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery of the order.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear or altered in any way may be excluded from return. This applies in particular to damaged goods and items with make-up marks or perfume scent.
For orders with discount codes, the amount actually paid will be refunded.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
If your order meets the above requirements, please initiate a return:

Mark the items you wish to return

Select a return reason
- Click on "Request return"
After reviewing your request (usually within 48 hours), you will receive an email with further instructions.
Please enclose the return form with your shipment so that we can correctly allocate your return.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
The cost of returns is not covered and must be borne by the customer.
We recommend sending returns with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for lost shipments.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
After receipt of your return, processing can take up to 10 business days.
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it can take up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited.
